Abstract
从4个方面论述了谭新华教授治疗男性不育症的经验:(1)以阴阳为纲,明辨虚实.阳偏衰者用赞育丹合五子衍宗丸,阴偏衰者用大补阴丸合五子衍宗丸;(2)深谙病因,谨守病机.将其病因分为11类,分8种证型辨治;(3)五脏相关,脾肾为本.临床分五脏调治,尤重脾肾;(4)处方灵活,用药精专.师古而不泥,自创经验方前炎清汤治疗因慢性前列腺炎引发的男性不育症,以补肾固精,泄浊通瘀.
