目的 对中药材麦芽进行生药学鉴别研究.方法 采用性状鉴定、显微鉴定、薄层色谱鉴别的方法.结果 全面的描述了中药材麦芽的性状特征,粉末显微特征,横切面、纵切面的显微特征,以及其薄层色谱特征.结论 所描述的特征可做为麦芽的鉴别特征,为其药材的鉴别以及相关质量标准的制定奠定了一定的基础.
