对当归防治肺纤维化的研究进展进行了综述.以细胞外基质过度沉积和肺实质破坏为特征的肺纤维化是多种间质性肺疾病的最后阶段,其发病迅速、常规激素疗法效果有限而预后差.实验研究和临床应用已报道,中药防治肺纤维化已取得一定成效,其中当归的重要作用也引起学者的关注.
