Abstract
目的 研究不同浓度的接骨生药对接骨乳膏体外透皮吸收的影响.方法 以SD大鼠的背部皮肤为透皮实验原料,每隔一段时间,以分光光度法测定接收池中总甾酮含量.结果 随着接骨生药量的增加,渗透量逐渐增加.总甾酮的渗透量随时间延长逐渐增加.生药一中总甾酮含量最高,接骨生药复方总甾酮含量次之,生药二总甾酮含量最少.结论 接骨乳膏有较强透皮吸收能力,接骨乳膏经皮给药能充分发挥其作用.生药一为接骨乳膏中主要成分.
