独蒜兰组培苗炼苗和移栽技术研究

Abstract
目的 探讨影响独蒜兰组培苗移栽成活的关键因子.方法 从种球大小、育苗基质、移栽月份、营养液配方等4个方面设计试验,分析不同处理对独蒜兰组培苗成活和生长的影响.结果 适宜移栽的组培苗标准应达到:球茎直径≥0.6cm,百粒重≥20g,炼苗基质以腐熟木屑*蛭石(1∶1)最佳,炼苗移栽时间以3～4月为最佳,1/3B5营养液促进组培苗生长效果最佳.结论 筛选出适宜炼苗的种球级别以及最适宜的移栽时间、育苗基质和营养液,建立了独蒜兰组培苗炼苗关键技术.
