Abstract
目的 优选复方大黄烫伤喷膜的成膜工艺.方法 用正交设计法,以不同体积分数的乙醇提取液、所用成膜剂PVP-k30的量、药材粉末量为考察因素,以成膜时间,成膜质量为评价指标,筛选成膜工艺.结果 最适宜的成膜工艺,即60％的乙醇提取液30ml,加入3g PVP-K30,再加入0.8g的生石膏和寒水石(2∶1)混合药材细粉.结论 优选的成膜工艺可用于复方大黄烫伤喷膜的制备.
