Abstract
目的 建立白茅根药材水溶性成分的指纹图谱.方法 采用HPLC-DAD检测,色谱条件:Dikma Platisil ODS C18(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm).流动相:0.1％磷酸水-乙腈梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml· min-1,30℃柱温.结果 测定了绿原酸含量,构建了白茅根药材的指纹图谱,结论 该法准确,重复性好,可作为白茅根药材的质控方法.通过和标准指纹谱的相似度对比,未知样品可以被鉴别真假和质量优劣分类.
