咳嗽变异性哮喘是以慢性咳嗽为主要和(或)唯一症状的一种特殊类型哮喘,中医病因病机有风邪外侵、气道挛急;宿痰伏肺为本,外邪引动而发;痰瘀互结;肾气不足为本;风、燥伤肺等不同认识,其理论并不矛盾,分别代表疾病阶段和病患体质的差异.
