Abstract
目的 优选超声波提取棉花根多糖的条件,测定棉花根的多糖含量.方法 采用正交实验方法,对超声提取的温度、提取时间、固液比和提取次数4个因素进行考察研究,以葡萄糖为标准品,用紫外分光光度法测定多糖含量.结果 最佳提取条件为:固液比1∶14,提取时间30 min,提取次数3次,提取温度90℃.结论 棉花根多糖的平均含量为1.477％.
