香薷药材的薄层色谱研究

Abstract
目的 建立香薷药材的定性控制方法.方法 采用薄层色谱法分别检查药材中的低极性成分、中极性成分、高极性成分.结果 低极性成分、中极性成分、高极性成分分别在以环己烷-乙酸乙酯(20∶0.1)、氯仿-甲醇(40∶1)、丙酮-冰醋酸(2∶1)为展开剂的条件下获得理想分离.结论 该方法简便、快速,可作为香薷药材的定性控制方法.
