Abstract
目的 探讨超临界CO2萃取蜘蛛香油的优化工艺条件.方法 采用均匀设计及偏最小二乘法考察萃取压力、萃取温度、物料粒度和萃取时间对蜘蛛香油得率的影响.结果 优化萃取条件为萃取压力30 MPa、萃取温度60℃、物料粒度120目、萃取时间40 min,此条件下蜘蛛香油得率为6.92％.结论 该工艺可靠易行,提取效率高.
