Abstract
目的 建立测定小通草中多糖含量的方法 .方法 以葡萄糖为标准,用高锰酸钾褪色光度法测定小通草中多糖含量.结果 在一定条件下,葡萄糖还原高锰酸钾使其褪色,当葡萄糖含量在0～30μg/ml范围内时,其褪色程度与葡萄糖含量符合朗伯-比耳定律,精密度(RSD)在1.8%～3.2%之间,回收率在97.0%～105.0%之内.结论 该方法 经用于小通草中多糖含量的分析,结果 符合要求.
