2000版<中国药典>一部规定以硫化物黄铁矿族黄铁矿主含二硫化铁作为自然铜药用.具有散瘀、接骨、止痛的功效,常用于治疗跌打肿痛、筋骨折伤等症,是临床上伤科常用的一味中药,但由于历史、区域、地理的不同,在实际工作中常见自然铜及其混淆品.现将自然铜(Pyritum)与其混淆品黄铜矿(Chlcopyritum)、矿物铜(Cuprum)的鉴别特征分述如下.
