Abstract
白芍为毛茛科植物芍药的干燥根,又名白芍药、金芍药.功能平肝止痛,养血调经,敛阴止汗;用于头痛眩晕、胁痛、腹痛、四肢挛痛、血虚萎黄、月经不调、自汗、盗汗.一般需经净制切片或炮制后入药用.现代研究结果表明,本品主要含有芍药苷、牡丹酚、芍药花苷等成分;具有镇静、解痉、抗炎、抗应急性溃疡病、扩张冠状动脉、对抗应急性心肌缺血以及抑制血小板聚集等多种药理作用.白芍味苦酸,性微寒,炒制后性缓、柔肝、止泻,酒炒后借酒行经止中寒腹痛.
