Abstract
胆囊切除术后综合征(post cholecystectomy syndrome, PCS)的主要表现为胆囊切除术后出现反复发作的上腹或右上腹胀闷或隐痛、嗳气、泛酸、食欲不振、不能耐受脂肪性食物、恶心、呕吐、大便不调等胃肠功能紊乱症状,排除消化道溃疡、肿瘤以及重度胃炎等疾病.我院在胆囊切除术后用胆宁片预防胆囊切除术后综合征效果较好,报道如下.
