Abstract
目的:观察归脾汤联合柏子养心丸治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效.方法:118例随机分为观察组和对照组各59例.观察组用归脾汤联合柏子养心丸治疗,对照组用阿普唑仑治疗,连续用药4周.结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组PSQI评分、mESS评分低于治疗前(P＜0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:归脾汤联合柏子养心丸治疗心脾两虚型失眠安全有效.
