Abstract
目的:探讨屈膝仰卧位在经尿道膀胱镜双J管拔除术中的临床应用效果.方法:经尿道膀胱镜双J管拔除术中采用屈膝仰卧位.结果:术中采用屈膝仰卧位的女性患者均顺利拔除双J管,取得满意的效果.结论:屈膝仰卧位操作简单、便于医师手术操作、节约时间,从而提高了工作效率、减少了护士的工作强度和疲劳感.
