Abstract
目的:观察有限内固定加外固定架结合中药治疗胫骨Pilon骨折的疗效.方法:29例进行有限内固定加外固定架配合中药内服及熏洗、功能训练等综合治疗.结果:28例骨性愈合,优良率96.6%.结论:有限内固定加外固定架结合中药治疗Pilon骨折有满意疗效.
