Abstract
目的 优选扎冲十三挥发油的提取及β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺.方法 以挥发油的提取量为考察指标,采用正交试验优选挥发油提取工艺;以挥发油包合率、收得率为考察指标,优选β-环糊精包合工艺.结果 最佳提取工艺:加5倍量的水,浸泡1h,提取6h;最佳包合工艺:采用超声波法,挥发油与β-环糊精的用量比为1∶10,挥发油与乙醇的用量比为1∶6,超声45 min.结论 优选的挥发油提取与包合工艺稳定、可行.
