Abstract
目的 优选养阴清肺汤加味的醇提工艺.方法 以毛蕊花糖苷、丹皮酚、绿原酸、甘草酸含量及出膏率为综合评价指标,采用层次分析法结合正交试验设计,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数对养阴清肺汤加味醇提工艺的影响.结果 醇提工艺为70%乙醇,提取2h,提取1次.结论 优选的工艺是科学、稳定、可行的,且有效成分提取效率高.
