目的 对医院制剂心衰宁合剂的毒理学进行评价研究,以证实其安全性.方法 通过昆明种小鼠经口急性毒性试验、SD大鼠90 d长期毒性试验对心衰宁合剂的长期毒性进行研究.结果 小鼠急性经口LD50大于15.0 g/(kg/BW)属无毒级.心衰宁合剂对SD大鼠90 d长期毒性试验各检测指标无异常影响.结论 心衰宁合剂安全性好,长期给药无毒副作用,可长期用于治疗各种慢性心力衰竭以及辅助治疗急性心衰.
