Abstract
目的 对浙贝化痰颗粒的有效期进行研究.方法 通过经典恒温法试验,采用紫外可见分光光度法(UV)测定总黄酮的含量,研究该药有效成分含量的变化规律.结果 经典恒温法测定的芦丁含量变化,符合一级反应规律.在25℃的条件下,芦丁的含量变化速率常数为K25℃=4.9227×10-6h-1,有效期t0.925℃=2.44年.结论 用经典恒温法预测浙贝化痰颗粒的有效期,结论可靠.
