Abstract
目的 筛选金鸡菊最佳提取工艺.方法 以金鸡菊查尔酮含量、总黄酮含量和浸出物量为指标,通过Box-Behnken优化设计,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、加醇倍量对金鸡菊提取效果的影响,优选最佳提取工艺.结果 最佳工艺为:乙醇浓度为75％,提取时间为2h,加醇倍量为9倍.结论 通过验证实验发现,在此最佳提取条件下,与预测值相对偏差均值为1.91％,说明Box-Behnken效应面法所得的金鸡菊提取工艺稳定、可行.
