Abstract
目的 优选复方一枝蒿胶囊的提取工艺.方法 以一枝蒿酮酸含量和浸膏得率为指标,HPLC测定含量,选择醇浓度、加醇倍量和提取次数为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验优选复方一枝蒿胶囊的提取工艺.结果 最佳提取工艺分别为用80％乙醇,加10倍量提取两次.结论 优选出的提取工艺简单、可行,适应大生产需要,可作为该制剂合理开发的依据.
