通过对中医古籍及现代研究文献的发掘与整理,对肌少-骨质疏松症的中医病名、病因病机进行分析,提出本病治疗当以温补为要,脾肾同调,尤重脾胃,以攻邪为次.并强调预防调护对正气的重要性,提出未病当以预防为主,重视中年摄生,以培元固本;已病则以综合调治为要,适度锻炼,饮食有节,起居有常,并辅以中医特色治疗.为肌少-骨质疏松症的中医治疗及预防提供新的思路.
