Abstract
王清任所撰写的《医林改错》继承张仲景、张介宾等学术观点,对中风病有深入认识.王清任认为元气亏虚是中风本源,立“元气归并说”来解释中风的病因病机,针对病机采用益气活血治法,临证治疗以补阳还五汤加减,重用黄芪,活用地龙.同时,王清任重视中风先兆,注意未病先防.其学术思想和治法方药对临床有一定的指导借鉴价值.
