通过对《续名医类案》中郁证相关医案的分析和探讨,认为郁证的病因病机主要为情志所伤,气机郁滞,渐致脏腑失和、气血失调,其发病与肝、心、脾密切相关,以理气开郁、调畅气机、移情易性为治疗大法,同时当注意顾护脾胃,使之免于受邪.
