从病因、病机、治则与处方3个方面对如何从气虚、阳虚辨证治疗2型糖尿病便秘的思路进行了探讨.2型糖尿病患者多因年老体衰或消渴日久,导致气虚便秘或阳虚便秘,治疗以补中益气汤、济川煎化裁,达到益气健脾、温阳补肾之功效.
