癌因性疲乏(CRF)在恶性肿瘤患者中发病率极高,治疗效果有限,王心东主任中医师从中医辨证入手,以脾虚劳伤立论,确立补脾益气的治法.师法仲景,健脾扶正,重用山药为君药,寓攻于补,兼顾祛邪,传承了张仲景君药重剂量应用治疗疑难病的学术思想和临床经验,值得推广.
