Abstract
特发性水肿是指临床上排除心源性、肾源性、肝源性、营养不良性、内分泌性等原因的一种病因尚未明确的水肿,此病多发于育龄女性,水肿多为轻中度,呈周期性发作,经休息、平卧后水肿可缓解.患者常伴随植物神经功能失调,表现为神经过敏、躁动不安、颜面潮红、烘热多汗等,精神创伤、环境变化可为诱发因素.
