新安医家汪机辨治血证特色初探

Abstract
汪机是明代著名新安医家之一,通过探析其《石山医案》13例血证医案以及《医学原理·血门》,总结其辨治血证的特色.汪氏认为血病之因有四:虚、滞、热、寒,治疗以补血调血为基本大法,妙用四物汤法,调营血助血运.临床治疗中,多用参芪归术之类甘温益气活血健脾,少佐引经药物,清泻脏腑经络之血热.同时汪氏还强调远色节食,养性存心.
