加味痛泻要方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察

Abstract
目的:观察加味痛泻要方治疗肠易激综合征(IBS-D)腹泻型的临床疗效和安全性.方法:将64例IBS-D患者随机分为两组,每组32例.治疗组给予中药加味痛泻药方口服,对照组给予口服蒙脱石散、匹维溴胺片.两组疗程均为4 w.比较各组治疗前后胃肠道症状评估量表(gastrointestinal symptom rating scale,GSRS)、 焦虑状态量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁状态量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分.结果:治疗组总效率为96.88%,对照组总效率75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:中医药治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效显著,治疗效果明显优于西药.
