Abstract
目的:建立RP-HPLC法同时测定不同产地猴耳环药材中10个具有抗炎活性的3,3'-新木质素(Clypearianin A(1),Clypearianin B(2),Clypearianin C(3),Clypearianin D(4),Clypearianin E(5),Clypearianin F(6),ClypearianinG(7),(7'R,8'R)-7'-methoxyl strebluslignanol(8),Magnolol(9),magnaldaiol(10))的含量.方法:Agilent Zorbax SB-C18柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相B(甲醇)和A(0.05%的三氟乙酸水溶液)梯度洗脱(0~40min,30%~45%A;40~45min,45%~50%A;50~55min,51%~60%A;55~105min,60%~80%A;105~115min,80%~90%A);流速1.0mL/min;柱温40℃;检测波长为220 nm;进样量10μL.结果:上述10个3,3'-新木质素的线性关系良好(r≥0.9990).不同产地的猴耳环中的10个成分含量有所差别,但差别不大.结论:该方法可用于猴耳环中3,3'-新木质素的含量测定研究.
