原发性血小板增多症(primary thrombocytosis,ET)又名出血性血小板增多症,是一种以巨核细胞系增殖为主的骨髓增生性疾病.目前临床上该病的治疗仍有一定的难度,病程长,难以根治,相关药物存在诸多副作用.蒙医药治疗该病有一定的优势,结合西医治疗有良好的效果.
