半截烂是土家族传统四大名药之一,生品具大毒.为确保半截烂临床用药疗效和安全性,本研究通过整理、考证,筛选出半截烂的最佳炮制方法,同时对其品种来源、土家药名、药材鉴定、临床应用等进行了研究,在此基础上拟订了半截烂的炮制规范草案,为其合理使用提供了重要参考价值.
