Abstract
目的 比较发酵全蝎粉杀酶前后各活性部位蛋白含量及对肺腺癌细胞(A549)的抑制作用. 方法 发酵全蝎粉经超声提取,杀酶后通过超滤、冻干浓缩后,浓缩液用MTT法测定对肺腺癌细胞(A549)的抑制率. 结果 用单因素方差分析比较组间差异,发酵全蝎粉杀酶前后分段蛋白对A549的抑制率与空白对照组有显著性差异,P<0.01. 结论 发酵全蝎粉杀酶前后均有一定的抗肿瘤作用,发酵全蝎粉杀酶前后均为寡肽类小分子蛋白抗肿瘤活性最强.杀酶后3K Da-30K Da段蛋白抗肿瘤活性有所增强,<3K Da段蛋白抗肿瘤活性有所减小,>30K Da段蛋白抗肿瘤活性无明显变化.
