Abstract
肝豆状核变性是一种遗传性疾病,症状多出现于中青年时期.近年来,肝豆状核变性月经不调患者在临床中逐渐受到重视.韩辉认为该病以肾虚为本,痰瘀为标,多以先天禀赋不足、铜毒内生、痰瘀互结为病机,痰瘀裹挟铜毒进一步加重肾虚所致.以补肾为本,化痰祛瘀为基本治法,临证处方多在"肝豆灵"基础上加用补肾药物,疗效显著.
