《孙文垣医案》中记有“嘉善之妓李双”痹证案、“姚老夫人右手疼”案、“族侄孙君实”周痹案3则治痹证验案,效验如神.笔者结合历代医家的相关著作对《孙文垣医案》中的痹证进行归纳、分析,认为孙一奎针对行痹、脾虚痰痹、周痹等不同痹证分型准确,治法重温补下元,从脾治痹,脾肾同治,且善用古方化裁,多用药对,治疗缓急得当,特色鲜明.
