降糖藏药康珠甘露总黄酮口服前体脂质体的制备及质量评价

Abstract
目的:制备降糖藏药康珠甘露总黄酮(ZYZH)口服固体前体脂质体并对其进行质量评价.方法:采用山梨醇载体沉积法ZYZH前体脂质体,以包封率为评价指标,采用单因素考察和正交试验法,优化ZYZH前体脂质体处方及制备方法及工艺,考察ZYZH前体脂质体的形态、 粒径分布、Zeta电位及稳定性.结果:ZYZH前体脂质体的最优处方如下:药脂比1:10,磷脂胆固醇比5:1,制备温度为40℃;所形成的前体脂质体外观饱满、 致密,复水后粒径为(442.5±3.5)nm(PDI=0.177),Zeta电位值为(-47.2±3.4)mV,包封率为(67.5±0.1),贮存期间(30 d)稳定性较好.结论:山梨醇载体沉积法制备的ZYZH前体脂质体工艺简单、 包封率高、 稳定性好,值得进一步研究.可为后期制剂学研究提供依据.
