贵州地处中国西南地区,是苗族人民聚居地,苗药资源丰富.苗医药特色突出,具有悠久的传承性,突出的民族性和地域性.一种苗药在苗族人民民间广泛使用,民间常用于治疗跌打损伤,称为"咕噜子药"、"扭子药"、"搜山虎"等.笔者通过查找大量文献资料及实地考察,对该药进行初步鉴别和考证,对其进行报道.
