Abstract
整理分析国内外运动疗法干预2型糖尿病的文献,发现其主要集中于适应症与禁忌症、作用机理、临床应用、运动方式选择等方面的研究,得出运动疗法通过提高胰岛素受体的敏感性,从而控制血糖的代谢与分解,是糖尿病综合治疗的重要方法.但普遍干预时间均不长,多数为短期干预(6个月以内),而且对糖尿病高危人群干预尚未见报道,因此该领域仍有待进一步深入研究.
