Abstract
目的：测定山豆根中总黄酮的含量。方法：采用超声波提取法提取山豆根中的总黄酮，并以 A1（NO3）3、NaNO2、及 NaOH为显色剂，芦丁为对照品，分光光度法测定其含量。结果：山豆根中总黄酮含量为5.7mg／g 。结论：该方法可用于测定山豆根中的总黄酮。
