Abstract
目的:建立HPLC测定异烟肼片含量的方法.方法:色谱柱SHIM-PACK VP-ODS色谱柱:流动相:(40:60)的甲醇-水(0.2%多库酯钠);流速:0.8ml/min;紫外检测波长:261nm.结果:异烟肼在10～1000mg/L浓度范围内呈线性关系良好(r=0.9998,n=6),重复性良好,RSD=0.26%(n=6),平均回收率99.38%,KSD=1.43%(n=6).结论:本法快速、简便、准确、重复性好.
