Abstract
目的:探讨生脉注射液对有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的治疗作用.方法:将60例AOPP患者按病情轻、中、重随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组均使用长托宁救治,综合治疗相同,观察组加用生脉注射液.结果:两组胆碱酯酶(ChE)恢复时间、平均住院时间及治愈率有显著差异.结论:生脉注射液在有机磷农药中毒治疗中有重要的临床价值.
