Abstract
目的:测定排石止痛合剂中的芍药苷含量.方法:用R-HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量.结果:测得芍药苷含量线性范围为0.6～31.2μg/ml,r=0.9996(n=6),平均回收率为99.64%,RSD为0.29%.结论:方法简便、准确,能有效控制排石合剂的质量.
