Abstract
糖尿病足是糖尿病严重并发症之一,也是致残、致死的重要原因.临床以肢体麻木、感觉减退、肢端发凉、疼痛、溃疡及坏疽为特征[1].一旦出现伤口,其治疗难度较大,若处理不当,易导致截肢致残.我院2007 年1 月至2009 年12 月收治的糖尿病足49例,伴有足部溃者41 例,现就其护理体会总结如下.
