Abstract
腺样体肥大即咽扁桃体增生,是指咽扁桃体的病理性增生肥大,常起于咽部感染和反复炎症刺激.临床上的治疗多采用手术和中药治疗,相对而言,推拿是一种绿色疗法,其安全、无毒副作用,患儿更易于接受;并且随着年龄增长,增生的腺样体可能会逐渐萎缩,病情也可能得到缓解或症状完全消失.因此,采用这样一种有疗效且易于接受的保守疗法,值得临床推广.
