Abstract
S100A12蛋白属于钙结合蛋白S100家族,在人体内通常以同源二聚体形式存在,广泛参与细胞内外的生物学过程.S100A12蛋白主要由粒细胞分泌,作为炎症蛋白在多种自身免疫性疾病中异常表达.近年研究发现S100A12蛋白在自身免疫性疾病的疾病活动度监测、药物疗效评估等方面具有潜力.本文就S100A12蛋白的结构、功能及其在常见自身免疫性疾病中的研究进展进行综述.
