正常细胞的多途径调控异常累积导致增殖凋亡失衡,引发细胞恶性转化生长.转录信号传导子与激活子3(Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)处于多条致癌信号通路交汇点,在恶性肿瘤组织与细胞中普遍处于异常高活化状态.对来源于PubMed、Medline、EBSCO 的63项研究进行Meta分析显示,STAT3过表达及磷酸化水平与肿瘤进展、患者不良生存预后密切相关[1].因此,深入了解STAT3异常高活化表达促进肿瘤发生发展的作用机制,对于寻找肿瘤特异性治疗靶点至关重要.
