Abstract
肌肉痉挛为临床常见疾病,但发病于背部肌肉的痉挛较为少见,且痉挛日久易诱发他病,现代医学对其治疗多采用西药、外科手术及物理疗法.中医治疗多从经筋辨治思路着手,本文记录1例顽固性背肌痉挛患者的转归过程,综合运用筋针及毫火针等特色针刺疗法,取得良好的疗效.
